Client Relations Officer

Provide help and suggestions to clients using the company’s products and services, as well as solving client issues and handling complaints from clients.
Develop procedures for customer feedback and complaints, produce policies and standards of customer service for the company, and discuss possible improvements in customer service policies with other managers.
Supervise a team of customer service staff and train them to deliver a high standard of customer service.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, or other related field.
* 0 - 3 years experience.
* Strong leadership, problem solving, and planning skills.
* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
* Must be good with project management.
